Winnipeg police have charged two people in relation to the incident where gunshots were heard in the 600 block of Arlington Street.
John Luke Stengel, 30, faces 12 charges including numerous firearms related offences and breaches of court orders.
A 40-year-old woman, who police did not name, faces four firearms related offences.
The initial call came in at 10 p.m., Sunday, and police were still on scene Monday morning.
Winnipeg police said they were conducting a weapons investigation.
