Two men are wanted by the Winnipeg Police Service after one person was killed on Pritchard Avenue and two others injured after being shot in East St. Paul.

The first incident occurred around 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 28 in the 400 block of Pritchard Avenue involving Benjamin Franklin Traverse, 39, who was shot and critically injured.

Traverse has since died of his injuries, WPS said.

According to police, that same day the suspects then robbed two people, forced them into a vehicle and fled the area.

The suspects drove to the area of Raleigh Street between Glenway and Foxgrove avenues in East St. Paul. Police said the suspects then shot the two victims, before fleeing once again in the same vehicle.

On Nov. 30, police said both the Pritchard Avenue and East St. Paul shooting were related.

Michael Tylor Fless, 30, is wanted by police for second degree murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, robbery and firearm related offences.

James Andrew Jewels, 26, is wanted for attempt to commit murder x 2, kidnapping, robbery and firearm related offences.

Police ask anyone with information on Fless or Jewels whereabouts to contact investigators at 204-986-6219, or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-8477.

WPS said the men should not be approached as they might be armed and are considered dangerous.
