Two 16-year-olds were taken to Winnipeg hospital in critical condition with life-threatening injuries after a single-vehicle collision in Hanover, Manitoba.
Steinbach RCMP responded to the collision on Hanover Road West, Provincial Road 34, approximately one kilometre south of Steinbach, at around 1:45 p.m. on Saturday.
RCMP said a westbound vehicle went off the road, rolling into the south ditch, and colliding with trees.
The 16-year-old driver is from the RM of Ste Anne, Manitoba, and the 16-year-old passenger is from Steinbach.
RCMP said alcohol was not a factor in the collision and that both teens were wearing seatbelts.
The investigation is ongoing.
