A local gymnast took her workout routine to Investors Group Field on Wednesday afternoon and put some of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers through their paces.

Stefanie Gatin, 7, trains with the Panthers Gymnastics Club under the Canadian National Program.

She got the opportunity through Barbie's You Can Be Anything Campaign to become a CFL coach for the day.

Armed with a megaphone and a training routine, Gatin ran a short workout for a few members of the blue and gold right after the team finished its regularly-scheduled practice.

Gatin got them to do push-ups, burpees, and jumping jacks, just to name a few of the exercises she chose.

Gatin spends about 25 hours in the gym each week.

She said she still isn't sure what she wants to be when she grows up. A CFL coaching career may not be in her future, but Stefanie's mom said the experience will help teach her daughter to follow her dreams no matter what she wants to be.
