A Winnipeg realtor paid it forward Wednesday evening after a young boy’s random act of kindness melted hearts at a Winnipeg Jets game.

TJ Stroud presented Keaton Hamin, 9, with an Anthony Peluso stick autographed by the entire Jets’ team.

Hamin is the boy who got a different autographed Jets’ stick on Sunday after it was tossed into the crowd during the presentation of the game’s three stars.

The stick was tossed into the crowd by Tyler Myers but Hamin didn’t keep it for himself.

Instead, he handed it off to Alyx Delaloye, 7, a young cancer patient from Neepawa who brought fans to their feet at a game last month with her sign that stated “Chemo by day. Jets by night.”

The presentation of the stick given to Keaton happened at Ronald McDonald House where the Delaloyes stay when Alyx comes into Winnipeg for chemotherapy treatments.

The two families are attending tonight’s Jets game versus Ottawa together.
