The city and province are spending $26.6 million to build public amenities in and around True North Square.
Future projected property tax revenue from the $400 million mega development will be used to pay for the supporting infrastructure.
It includes parks, skywalks, roads, streetscaping, cafe seating, public art, lighting and tree canopies.
True North also unveiled various uses for the plaza portion of the project, including a rink, ice bar, beach volleyball, Christmas village and food truck festival.
True North says it will have more to say about the development in late February.
