City councillor and former NHL player Thomas Steen is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
Steen is charged with two counts of assault and one count of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
The charges stem from an incident that reportedly happened at a Boston Pizza on McPhillips Street on May 1.
Steen was arrested again in July after allegedly breaching a no contact order.
None of the allegations have been proven in court.
