Winnipeg police said a blaze on College Avenue caused $40,000 in damage and is being treated as suspicious.
Crews were called to the 200 block of College Avenue shortly after 12 a.m. on April 23 for a garage fire.
No injuries were reported and crews managed to get the blaze under control.
