A 29 year-old man is dead after he rolled his vehicle Wednesday evening on Highway 202 south of Lockport.

Mounties say the single-vehicle collision happened at around 5:00 p.m.

Investigators believe the driver hit the shoulder prompting the vehicle to flip.

The man was thrown from the vehicle.

RCMP said he was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead on scene.

The name of the deceased will not be released by police, but they did say he was from the RM of St. Clements.

It is not known if alcohol was a factor.

A collision reconstructionist was called in to help with the investigation.
