6 frogs legs

1/4 cup Franks Hot Sauce

Oil for frying


Deboning the frogs legs is not necessary, but if you do , take your time and think of chicken legs. Debone them the same way.

Deep fry for 4 minutes at 350 F or pan fry for 5-6 minutes. Meat will be white when cooked.

Serve with blue cheese or ranch style dressing.
