Fire officials believe a blaze at an apartment block on Sherbrook Street that sent six people to hospital Friday morning is suspicious in nature.
Crews arrived at the building in the 400 block of Sherbrook Street around 10:15 a.m.
Officials said crews used ladders to evacuate and rescue several occupants of the building. They said the fire was on the third floor.
Six people, including four adults, a child, and a newborn baby, were transported to hospital, one of whom was in critical condition. All of them have been released, officials said Saturday.
The arson unit is investigating the fire. Damage estimates from the blaze are around $1,000,000.
