Folklorama’s 45th anniversary kicks off with celebrations, fireworks Saturday night

Folklorama’s 45^th anniversary kicks off tonight at 7 p.m. at the Scotiabank Stage.

Ambassadors from over 40 Folklorama pavilions will be on hand to help start the celebrations. Fireworks will end the evening at 10:50 p.m., weather permitting.

Folklorama runs August 3-16 at various locations throughout Winnipeg.
