High water levels are forcing CN Rail to change its schedule. Starting tomorrow, the railway won't be making any trips to the United States through Manitoba.
CN rail says the dike is being closed in Emerson which will block their train line, so the daily route from Winnipeg to Emerson is being cancelled.
However, CN says there will be minimal impact because the shut down will only involve one train per day in either direction.
CN says it will resume normal operations when the dikes open again.
