Manitoba's flood forecasters say there was some run-off from this weekend's precipitation, but not as much fell from the sky as expected.

Officials in communities along the Fisher River have been advised of the of the potential for high water, but forecasters say that if the melt remains slow, that river should remain within its banks.

Some agricultural lands along the Assiniboine River upstream of Brandon have flooded and a high-water advisory continues from Griswold to Portage la Prairie due to the potential for ice jams.

A substantial ice jam on the Red River was reported south of Selkirk, but the province says it is not reported to be causing any flooding issues.
