Officers and emergency crews responded to a head-on crash on Road 157 in the RM of Hillsburg Thursday morning.
A male teenager and two adult men were rushed to hospital with “serious, undetermined injuries,” said RCMP.
Crews were called to the scene in western Manitoba around 9 a.m.
Two pickup trucks had collided.
Officers are continuing to investigate the crash.
