Winnipeg’s Jennifer Jones finished her Olympic gold medal season on a high note.

Jones defeated Ottawa’s Rachel Homan in the final game of the Players’ Championship by a score of 5-2.

It’s the fifth time Jones has won the title.

With the win, her team claimed $36,000 in prize money.

It’s the final event of the curling season.  It was held in Summerside, Prince Edward Island.
