A woman has been missing since for more than a month and police have asked for the public’s help finding her.

Kelsie Jones, 23, was last seen on April 10 in the St. Vital area.

Kelsie’s mother, Crystal Jones, tells CTV she is “beyond worried”.

“Imagine the person you love most was taken away from you.”

She says she can’t focus and is beside herself. Crystal hopes Kelsie is just being a typical young person.

"I hope they help locate her and that she is alive," she said.

Kelsie Jones’ friend, Shylina Pellerin, started a Facebook page for the missing woman.

Both say Kelsie has never disappeared like this, and are desperately hoping Kelsie is found.

Police describe her as five feet, three inches (160 centimetres) tall, with long blonde/red hair and brown eyes.

Police said they are concerned for Jones’ well-being. Anyone with information can call the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
