Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a groping incident at the University of Winnipeg.
Early this month, a 23-year-old woman was on the U of W campus when she noticed a man watching her.
She was going up the escalators when the man groped her from behind.
She reported the incident to security and police were notified.
Joshua Wapash, 22, has been charged with sexual assault and failure to comply with probation orders.
