Headingly RCMP responded to a motorcycle collision on Highway 330 near La Salle around 10:00 p.m. Friday night.
Police say a vehicle deviated from its lane and collided head on with the motorcycle.
The motorcycle driver, a Winnipeg man, 30, was transported to hospital in critical condition.
The 25-year-old man driving the car was not injured.
Police don't yet know if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
The investigation is ongoing with the help of a RCMP forensic collision reconstructionist.
