Emergency crews were called to a building at Portage and Main around 12:45 p.m. Monday after reports of a man trying to climb the building.
Winnipeg police said crews responded to 166 Portage Avenue East due to safety concerns.
Police officials said the man taken to hospital in a crisis situation.
No word on any injuries.
