The City's development agency is being put under the microscope at City Hall.
Mayor Brian Bowman and his Executive Policy Committee have struck a working group to report back in 120 days on Centreventure's future.
The group will look at the governance and mandate of the organization to determine if any changes are necessary.
Mayor Bowman has been critical of Centreventure accusing it of withholding information over the Carlton Inn land deal.
Newly minted Centreventure CAO Angela Mathieson says she welcomes the review saying as the organization moves forward it will require help and input from City Hall.
