The body of a boater who fell into Rock Lake last week in southwestern Manitoba has been found.
RCMP said the man from Winkler was fishing with two others on July 18 when he fell into the water at Rock Lake, about 40 kilometres east of Killarney.
The two other men tried to help the person who fell into the lake, but he did not resurface, said RCMP.
None of the men were wearing life-jackets, said RCMP.
Officers said the body of the 21-year-old man was found on July 21, close to the site where he fell into the water.
An autopsy has been scheduled. RCMP have not released his name.
