Police took a man into custody after a crash in the 500 block of Banning Street early Saturday morning.
Around 4:55 a.m., emergency crews responded to a call about a serious motor vehicle collision. Police say a silver or grey car was being driven erratically and crashed into multiple parked vehicles.
The crash injured two people inside the car, who were taken to hospital and are in stable condition. Another man fled the scene but was later taken into custody, police said.
Police say charges are pending and the investigation continues.
