City of Winnipeg crews are set to resume mosquito fogging, weather permitting, Wednesday night.
The Insect Control Branch said treatment areas 9, 26, 27, 28, 29, 38, 39, 40, 42, and 46 will be fogged with malathion. A full list of treatment areas can be found here.
The city said fogging will last from 9:30 p.m. Wednesday and will wrap around 6:30 a.m. Thursday.
Fogging will be cancelled if temperatures fall below 13 C or if winds are too strong.
Crews won’t spray within 90 metres of buffer zones on each side of a registered property.
