Emergency crews were called to a fire at a home in the North End Saturday night.
Fire officials said the call came in just before 11 p.m.
Crews used forcible entry to gain access to a home in the 600 block of Dufferin Avenue. The fire was quickly extinguished, fire officials said.
No one was inside at the time.
The fire extended to a neighbouring home, and caused damage, according to officials.
A damage estimate is unavailable at this time.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
