A construction project has closed Logan Avenue between Keewatin and Cecil streets to all westbound traffic.
One eastbound lane will remain open until Oct. 21.
Pedestrians will still be able to use the north sidewalk.
The city asks drivers to plan for delays and take alternate routes.
