RCMP have charged a woman with second-degree murder after the death of her common-law partner.
Officers responded to a report of a stabbing on Dec. 15, around 10:15 p.m., in the west end of Portage la Prairie.
A 25-year-old man was rushed to hospital in Winnipeg, but died from injuries the next day.
Joelle Amy Beaulieu, 24, of Portage faces a charge for second-degree murder, said RCMP.
