A man who was taken to hospital after a house fire in the RM of West St. Paul has succumbed to his injuries.
CTV saw paramedics remove a person from a home on Grassmere Road. Emergency crews worked on the person in an ambulance before taking them to hospital.
Hospital staff later pronounced the man deceased.
A fire started at the house before 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening. The Grassmere Road home is located across the street from the local fire hall.
Fire and paramedic crews remained on scene for hours.
