The number of photo radar tickets in Winnipeg school zones continues to drop.

In March, the police service reports 2,673 tickets were issued, compared to 5,988 the same time a year ago.

The number of infractions also fell between February and March this year.

The police service said it's a sign driver behaviour is changing and people are slowing down.

But police said there's also been less enforcement at times, as officers are forced to spend more time in court with more drivers fighting tickets.
