Winnipeg police closed off Ellice at Donald to traffic while they investigated Tuesday for a report of a male injured.
Ellice was closed from shortly after 12 p.m. until about 3 p.m.
"First responders transported a male to hospital in critical condition, however, he has since succumbed to his injuries," said police. "The investigation regarding this incident is complete and the incident has been determined to not be suspicious. No further information will be released."
