The province is urging people to make sure all fire bans have been lifted in an area before burning.
On Saturday, the fire program of Manitoba Conservation and Water Stewardship lifted fire bans and backcountry travel restrictions on provinicial lands.
Permits have also been restored.
The province said municipal bans might still be in place and landowners should check with municipal offices before burning.
