Mounties say one man has died after an SUV lost control, rolled and landed in a ditch full of water near The Pas, Manitoba.
It happened on Monday on Highway 297 east of the turn at Clearwater Lake.
The passenger of the vehicle, a 20-year-old man from Cormorant, was able to escape from the partially submerged vehicle.
The driver, a 29-year-old male from Opaskwayak Cree Nation, was pronounced deceased on scene.
