A 20-year-old man was rushed to hospital in critical condition early Saturday morning after he suffered multiple stab wounds, police said.
Officers said they responded to reports of an injured man in the 1300 block of Raleigh Street around 1:20 a.m., along with the Tactical Support Team and K9 unit.
Police said the injured man was at a nearby party when a verbal dispute with a teen escalated into an assault.
The victim was transported to hospital in critical condition but has since been upgraded to stable condition, police said.
Investigators said they located the teen suspect around 7:30 a.m., where he was placed under arrest.
A 15-year-old Winnipeg boy has been charged aggravated assault and possession of a weapon.
