A man and woman are facing charges after a string of car and license plate thefts in and around Winnipeg.
Winnipeg police say between May 20, 2014 and Sept. 18, 2014, its members became aware of numerous reports of stolen vehicles and license plates.
With the help of members of the RCMP, a suspect was identified.
The suspect was located in the 700 block of Laxdal Drive on Sept. 18, 2014.
Just before midnight, the suspect was arrested and found in possession with a car reported stolen earlier that day.
Kyle Charles Bickford, 24, of Winnipeg, is facing numerous charges including possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
Juanita Florentine Marie Nagam, 26, of Winnipeg, is also facing numerous charges.
