Winnipeg police are asking for help from anyone with information about a suspicious male who approached a child.
On April 21, 2014 at approximately 12:35 p.m., a seven-year-old boy was walking home in the area of Euclid Avenue and Hallet Street when he was confronted by an unknown man offering him money. The boy ran back to his school nearby and notified an adult.
Police were called and continue to investigate.
The suspect is described as a black male between 40 and 45-years-old. He has medium black hair and a moustache. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and driving a black truck. The truck had dirty tires and an open box, which appeared newer.
