Shrimp, cooked, chopped - 1 cup

Celery, small dice - 1/4 cup

Parsley, chopped - 1 tbsp.

Mayonnaise- as needed

Baguette, sliced - 10

Golden caviar - 10 tsp.

Fresh dill 10 sprigs

Mix the shrimp, celery and parsley with just enough mayonnaise to bind. Place a tbsp. on each baguette. Slice. Top with caviar and fresh dill.
