Winnipeg police have laid charges against a 20-year-old man after a string of break and enters in the Westwood area.
Police said between April and July at least 12 homes were hit. A suspect broke into garages and stole a variety of property including tools, electronics, bikes, money and jewelry. Police also said some parked vehicles were ransackeds.
A 20-year-old man is now facing 15 charges including break and enter with intent and theft under $5,000.
The man was arrested Wednesday night at his home.
Winnipeg police continue to investigate the break and enters.
