The 6th Annual West Broadway Snoball was held on Young St. on Saturday, inviting the community to participate in fun winter activities and fight the winter blues.
The public was able to toboggan, skate, ski, and play broomball and hockey.
A warming fire was a venue for storytelling, and families could enjoy the neighbourhood while riding on a horse-drawn wagon.
Free meals and snacks were provided by the Good Food Club.
The event was organized by local community organizations including Art City, Broadway Neighbourhood Centre, Resource Assistance for Youth, West Broadway Development Corporation, West Broadway Youth Outreach, Eagle Urban Transition Centre and Wolseley Family Place.
