Officers were on scene investigating a collision on the Trans-Canada Highway at PR 207, southeast of Winnipeg, on Monday afternoon.
The province said eastbound lanes were closed on the Trans-Canada Highway shortly after 12 p.m.
A detour was put into effect. Just after 3 p.m. Monday, the province said lanes had re-opened.
A motorcyclist was taken to hospital after the crash.
Officials have not yet released information on any injuries from the collision.
