Police seize almost $400K worth marijuana and equipment in bust

Officers recently obtained a search warrant for a residence in the 100 block of Driftwood Bay after learning of a possible marijuana grow operation.
On Feb. 9, officers and the tactical unit executed the warrant and arrested two occupants of the residence without incident.
Up to 338 marijuana plants with an estimated street value of $378, 560, along with 565 grams of dry marijuana estimated at $5,650, were seized.
Grow op equipment valued at $8,330 was also seized.
Over $10,600.00 in Canadian currency and $426 in US currency was also uncovered.
