A popular winter culinary experience in Winnipeg is taking their kitchen north to Churchill.

RAW: Almond, which sets up along the shores of the Assiniboine River each winter, is partnering with Parks Canada and Frontiers North Adventures to take their winter pop-up restaurant to the northern Manitoba community.

In March, 'RAW: Churchill' will be set up on the frozen shores of Hudson Bay underneath the northern lights.

Patrons will travel across Churchill by tundra buggy to Prince of Wales Fort for the meal and some spirits.

RAW: Churchill runs from March 10 to 12.
