RCMP said they seized multiple drugs and cash while arresting a 31-year-old man in Virden, Man. on Wednesday.

It happened in the early afternoon when officers saw a 31-year-old man driving a pick-up truck and arrested him for breaching the conditions of a previous arrest.

During the arrest, officers said they discovered drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle, including more than 75 grams of methamphetamine, 77 grams of cocaine, 27 grams of marijuana, and 12 grams of shatter. They said they also found a small amount of Canadian money.

Cory Alexander Burke has been charged with four counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, two counts of failing to comply with an undertaking, and one count of possession of proceeds of crime.

Burke remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Brandon on Aug. 28. He was on conditions following his arrest on Aug. 9 after Westman RCMP executed a search warrant at his home and found drugs and a firearm.

RCMP continue to investigate.
