Winnipeggers will get a look at the final functional design for the Southwest Rapid Transit corridor Thursday.
An open house is planned for Canad Inns on Pembina Highway from 3:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Transit head Dave Wardrop said there a couple of changes to the route.
It will now run through the old Southwood golf course lands at University of Manitoba.
A transit station will also be built near Investors Group Field.
Wardrop said, even with the alterations, the project remains within budget.
