A 53-year-old man died after a car crashed head-on into dump truck near Selkirk on Thrusday.
RCMP got the call around 5 a.m. about the collision on Provincial Road 230, north of PR 67. Investigators found that the car was travelling south on PR 230 when it crashed into the north-bound dump truck.
The driver and only occupant of the car, a man from Selkirk, was pronounced dead at the scene. The dump truck driver didn’t suffer any injuries, police said.
Police still haven’t determined what caused the crash.
