Selkirk RCMP pulled the body of a man from the Red River Thursday afternoon.
Police responded to a report of a body in the river near Selkirk, just north of Lockport, around 2 p.m.
They said the body is not related to ongoing efforts in Winnipeg to drag the Red River for bodies.
Officers continue to investigate.
