Sneaker Swap collects shoes for Winnipeg’s homeless

It was a feast for sore feet for Winnipeg’s sneaker heads at the first-ever Winnipeg Sneaker Swap Expo held on Saturday at Club Regent Casino.

The event was organized by the non-profit charity Winnipeg’s Got Sole. It brought together collectors and admirers of fancy footwear for the day to collect shoe donations to benefit Winnipeg’s low-income and homeless people.

All shoes donated will be given to Siloam Mission and Soles4Souls Canada. The event collected more than 250 sneakers.
