Manitoba's hockey community continues to rally for a teen with serious brain trauma from a devastating collision.

Earlier this month, Taylor Piskor and her father were driving home from Taylor’s hockey game when their truck was hit by a train near Elie. Taylor still hasn't regained consciousness.

A Saturday game between the Central Plains Minor Hockey team and the Yellowhead Chiefs at the BDO Centre in Portage la Prairie did not go ahead as planned.

It was one of several games being played to raise money to help the 14-year-old on her long road to recovery.

The next fundraising game is Friday, Feb. 12 at 7:30 p.m.
