The Forks is hoping you will weigh in on their plans for a big plot of land.

They're aiming to develop the spot across from the Canadian Museum for Human Rights.

The Forks wants to turn nearly 12 acres by the railroad and on Parcel Four into parks, plazas, promenades and parking.

City council approved the preliminary proposal last week and now, The Forks is hosting a couple open houses to see what the public thinks.

The first session runs tonight from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The next is Saturday, from noon to 3 p.m.

Both will be held in The Forks centre court.
