A Portage La Prairie man tells CTV News that police have found his truck after thieves stole it on their third attempt.
The theft was caught on camera.
Curtis Thacker says about a month ago, someone broke in to his truck and stole keys he had forgotten inside.
On Monday, they tried again and he scared them off.
Then Thursday morning, they were successful.
But their success was short lived.
Thacker says after a chase, police have recovered his crashed truck and have two suspects in custody.
