Two drivers face impaired driving charges after a head-on collision Friday morning on Provincial Road 206 south of the Trans-Canada Highway.

St. Pierre-Jolys RCMP saw the accident while conducting highway traffic enforcement. A pickup truck traveling north and a pickup truck driving south collided near Landmark.

Two people in the southbound truck were taken to hospital for assessment while the other two occupants received treatment at the scene.

The only person in the northbound truck was also treated at the scene and released.

A 15-year-old girl in the southbound truck was taken to a Winnipeg hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Both drivers, a 40-year-old man from Landmark and a 24-year-old man from Winnipeg, face charges of impaired driving. Police say they don’t know if the occupants were wearing seatbelts.
